Area description
Many people all over the world have heard about Timisoara, as the town-hero where Romanians started the 1989 Revolution. Anyway, there are few that know the western part of Romania, the historical provinces of Crisana and Banat, and also the towns of Oradea and Arad with their cultural heritage.
Diverse architecture, religious and lay edifices and the folklore are arguments to visit these regions.
